OPPO Reno15 Series India Launch Soon: New Camera Design, AI Portrait Mode, Snapdragon Chip

OPPO has officially started teasing the arrival of its next-generation Reno15 series in India, signalling an imminent launch. The new lineup will succeed the Reno14 series, which was introduced in China last month.

The teaser image reveals the Reno15 smartphones in Blue and White colour options, featuring eye-catching patterned finishes. OPPO has also refreshed the rear camera layout, introducing a redesigned module that houses a triple-camera setup.

One of the key highlights promoted by the brand is the AI Portrait Camera. The teaser further confirms support for 3.5× periscope telephoto zoom, a feature carried over from the previous generation. Reports suggest that the standard Reno15 model, which debuted in China with a 6.32-inch 1.5K OLED display, may be launched in India under the name Reno15 Pro Mini. In comparison, the Reno14 sports a larger 6.59-inch display.

Leaked information indicates that the Indian and global variants of the Reno15 Pro Mini could be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, replacing the Dimensity 8450 chipset used in the Chinese version.

Ahead of the launch, OPPO has also introduced a ₹99 Reno15 Series 5G Privilege Pack. The offer includes a 50 percent discount on Enco Buds3 Pro and a 180-day hardware defect replacement coupon, applicable with the purchase of any Reno15 series smartphone after launch.

Once launched, the OPPO Reno15 series will be available through Amazon India, Flipkart, the OPPO India online store, as well as offline retail channels. OPPO is expected to share more details about the lineup in the days leading up to the official launch.
