Motorola has started unveiling key details about its upcoming flagship smartphone, the Motorola Edge 70 Pro+, ahead of its official India debut. The company has confirmed several major features, including a massive battery, ultra-fast charging, a high-refresh-rate AMOLED display, and a powerful MediaTek chipset.

The Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ will officially launch in India on June 4 and will be available for purchase through Flipkart.

The smartphone will be offered in three Pantone-inspired color options — Chicory Coffee, Stormy Sea, and Zinfandel. Motorola says each variant features a unique finish, ranging from a wood-inspired texture to twill-style and satin-luxe designs, giving users more premium styling choices.

At the heart of the Edge 70 Pro+ is MediaTek’s Dimensity 8500 Extreme processor. Built using a 4nm manufacturing process, the octa-core chipset can reportedly reach clock speeds of up to 3.4GHz.

Motorola claims the device has achieved an impressive AnTuTu benchmark score of over 2.4 million points, highlighting its flagship-level performance capabilities. The smartphone will also support up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM for smoother multitasking and gaming performance.

Advanced Cooling System for Heavy Workloads

To maintain stable performance during gaming sessions and intensive tasks, Motorola has equipped the Edge 70 Pro+ with a large vapor chamber cooling system.

The panel supports a refresh rate of up to 144Hz, promising smoother scrolling, gaming, and animations. Motorola has also confirmed a peak brightness level of up to 5,200 nits, making the display easier to view even under bright sunlight.
